We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your products within the periods specified in our delivery information area. However, delivery times are subject to stock availability and possible delays due to credit card authorisation or other factors beyond our control. We will advise you as soon as reasonably practicable if there is a delay or potential delay in the supply of the products. If the products cannot be delivered within 15 days of your order, we will notify you of such delay and you can either cancel your order or agree an alternative delivery time with us. Please note that delivery of your order may take longer during sales or other busy periods.
We can only ship to the areas and cities mentioned in the shipping list
In case of delivery to areas other than the mentioned areas, a shipping cost will be applied according to the delivery location and this will be apparent to the customer during purchase or payment
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes
If an incorrect destination area is specified during the checkout process, or if the address entered does not match the area specified, we will cancel your order and notify you by email. For security reasons, we reserve the right to send the product(s) purchased on this site to the billing address of the credit card used for payment and not to the specific delivery address you provided.
You will need to ensure that someone is available to sign for the products at the delivery address. If there is no one at the delivery address to take delivery and sign for the products, you can contact the courier company to arrange a new delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by you.
